Thoughts:
I’ve been a huge fan of Greer & Sarah since I read The Wife Between Us (if you haven’t read that book – I also highly recommend it! I’m still blown away thinking about parts of that book.) Anyways, I digress… After reading An Anonymous Girl, which was a great read but more on the predictable side, I don’t know what to expect with You Are Not Alone, but I loved it! It had some shocking twists in the end that I didn’t see coming, and reminded me why I love reading work by these amazing women!
I love when books are split into different parts, yes, I may say that every time, but it works and these two are masters of it. This book jumps right into things the very first chapter, and the alternating POVs, with a few flashbacks, makes this book a fast read.
In a story full of deceit, loss, friendships, family, trust, betrayal, heartbreak, suspense, loyalty, justice and fear, this is a book you can’t put down.
